Hi I’m Courtney! My journey working in the health and wellness field began in 2011. As an athlete myself, I was passionate about fitness and completed schooling in Fitness and Health Science. This allowed me to work one-on-one with clients to achieve their goals. Feeling called to learn more about hands on healing, I went back to school for a Bachelors in Athletic Therapy. This combined my love for sports with my passion to heal the body. Throughout this schooling, I longed for a deeper understanding of the body and how it heals. It was then that I would meet an Osteopathic Practitioner who would inspire me to return to school, and complete an intensive 4-year program at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton. I had found my calling.
Osteopathy’s approach to looking at the body with such an in-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology and collective mechanics, was unparalleled to anything I had learned prior. I was able to obtain results with patients like never before.
After years of working on bodies, I began to see the energetic connections to physical ailments. I decided to follow the inner call to study reiki, and eventually followed the path to becoming a Reiki Master. From there, I expanded my studies into Akashic Record reading and most recently kundalini yoga teaching.
Combining these passions and allowing myself to follow the path most aligned has been a powerful experience, and I feel so grateful to be able to share it with you!

In her practice of Biodynamic Osteopathy, Cassia Rocha D.O found the perfect way to integrate the values and ideas that had driven her previous careers as a biologist and a journalist: empathy with living beings, love of Nature and desire for a better world.
Biodynamic is a rare form of Osteopathy where Science and Art are in perfect integration to create deep access to the body’s innate intelligence using only very gentle, light touch. This is the choice approach to treat across the spectrum of dysfunction and health conditions —from pains and aches to internal organs and emotional problems such as anxiety and depression. As a result, all kinds of patients, from newborn babies to the elderly can benefit from the treatment.
Cassia obtained her BSc (Hons) in Osteopathy in 2004 in England, at the European School of Osteopathy, where she taught for 5 years. She has concluded the post-graduate Biodynamic programme and, as part of her continuing education, she carries on studying traditional Osteopathy with the founder of the Biodynamic approach in the US.
Born in Brazil, Cassia has lived in New Zealand and the UK, and speaks fluent French, English, Portuguese and Spanish.
